  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Divide the berry mixture into individual pots or ramekins.
  6. Top each pot with the crumble mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
