Delicious white chocolate tiramisu cups that combine the classic flavors of tiramisu with creamy white chocolate for a delightful dessert experience.

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the tops with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Make sure the white chocolate is fully melted and cooled before mixing.
  • These cups can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
