A spooky and delicious cheesecake shaped like a vampire bite, perfect for Halloween.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup strawberry or raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Pour filling over crust.
  7. Drop small amounts of red food coloring onto the surface, swirl lightly.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes until set.
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  10. Warm jam slightly and drizzle over cheesecake to resemble blood.
