Ingredients

  • 1 box of cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of frosting
  • 12 oz of white chocolate or candy melts
  • Sprinkles or decorations for Valentine’s Day

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  4. Add frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into each cake ball.
  9. Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
