  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl.
