Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  6. In jars, layer the graham cracker mixture, followed by the cream cheese mixture, and then the chopped strawberries.
  7. Repeat the layers until the jars are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries with other berries if desired.
  • These jars can be made a day in advance for convenience.
