Salmon Avocado Bowl with Spicy Mayo Drizzle

A healthy and flavorful salmon avocado bowl topped with a spicy mayo drizzle. Perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.

  • 1 salmon fillet (6 oz)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. While salmon cooks, mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl for the spicy mayo.
  4. Assemble bowl with quinoa, avocado, carrots, and cucumber.
  5. Place cooked salmon on top and drizzle with spicy mayo.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for best results.
  • Adjust sriracha for more or less spice.
  • Swap quinoa for rice if preferred.
