  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 tsp saffron strands
  • 1 tbsp rose water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk ricotta cheese until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder into the ricotta mixture.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture.
  5. Add saffron strands and rose water, and mix gently.
  6. Transfer the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with crushed pistachios before serving.
