  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and water. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
