  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the mashed banana, pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
