  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, vegetable broth, ginger, and cinnamon.
