Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs if using.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm as a side dish.
