  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy filling (vanilla or chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
  5. Add a spoonful of creamy filling to each cupcake.
  6. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
