  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  6. If desired, stir in vegetable oil to the melted chocolate for a smoother coating.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
