  • 1 roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine pistachios, miso, roasted red pepper, and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil.
  4. Add sherry vinegar and smoked paprika.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Season with salt if needed.
