Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together the miso paste, grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the miso-ginger glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
