Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers, then sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
