  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Let corn cool slightly, then cut kernels off the cob.
