  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups fresh mango, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into greased cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let cakes cool completely.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Layer cake with whipped cream and diced mango.
  8. Frost the top and sides with remaining cream.
  9. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
