  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
