A creamy and protein-packed smoothie with the flavors of blueberry cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
