  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the peanut butter, rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and form them into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
