  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed banana and almond butter until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  4. Scoop small portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten slightly with a spoon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
