Ham & Swiss Sliders

Ham & Swiss Sliders are a quick and delicious treat perfect for parties or a simple meal. These sliders feature layers of ham and Swiss cheese on soft rolls, baked to perfection with a buttery topping.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  5. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and minced onion.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute turkey or other cheeses if desired.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • For extra flavor, add a layer of pickles or mustard inside the sliders.
