Green Pea & Mint Soup

  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add green peas and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
