  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend half the corn with milk until smooth.
  3. Mix blended corn with whole kernels.
  4. Whisk eggs, butter, sugar, flour, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine corn mixture with egg mixture.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
