Ingredients

  • 1 cup of high-quality chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into silicone molds, coating the sides evenly.
  3. Chill the molds in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
  4. Once hardened, carefully remove the chocolate shells from the molds.
  5. Fill half of the shells with cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  6. Heat a plate in the microwave and gently melt the edges of the remaining shells.
  7. Seal the filled shells with the melted edges and smooth out any excess chocolate.
  8. Decorate the bombs with additional melted chocolate or sprinkles if desired.
  9. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
