  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add sliced steak to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each.
  5. Assemble wraps with steak, lettuce, carrots, and green onions.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
