  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough, and sprinkle with raisins if using.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
