Spooky marshmallow cookies perfect for Halloween.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • Black icing gel (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter, then add egg and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in marshmallows.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool and decorate with black icing.
