3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
