Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
