Easy Sheet Pan Lasagna

A simple and delicious sheet pan lasagna that saves you time and effort.

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on a sheet pan.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use no-boil lasagna noodles for quicker prep.
  • Substitute ground turkey or Italian sausage for variety.
