1.5-Hour Crockpot Pepper Steak: A Dump-and-Go Sensation

A simple and flavorful slow cooker meal with tender steak and bell peppers.

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced thin
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place steak, bell peppers, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
