  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine barley flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
