  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each tofu cube in the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the tofu from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the crispy tofu bites.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
