1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat with a mixture of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
