  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares.
  3. Press each square into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup.
  5. Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Brush the edges with egg wash.
