  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread dough evenly in the pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, then cool.
  7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Spread frosting over cooled bars. Sprinkle chopped cranberries on top.
  9. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the frosting. Chill before cutting.
