1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans), chopped
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Stir in the chopped dates, nuts, and shredded coconut (if using) until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
