Chicken, Broccoli, and Cheddar Casserole

A hearty casserole combining tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and melted cheddar cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Mix chicken, broccoli, and cheese in a bowl.
  4. Whisk milk, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
