2 cups cooked rice
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, you can use brown rice instead of white rice.
