Calabrian Chile Oil Pasta

  • 3 tbsp Calabrian chile oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Calabrian chile oil and cook for 1 minute.
