30-Minute Cajun Chicken Alfredo: Creamy, Spicy and delicious

A creamy and spicy pasta dish combining Cajun seasoning with rich Alfredo sauce.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until done. Slice into strips.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
