Butter Garlic Lobster

  • 2 live lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove lobsters and let them cool slightly.
  4. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise and brush with the butter-garlic mixture.
  8. Broil for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
