  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the cocoa powder, flour, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
