Instructions
In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the oats are cooked and creamy, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
