  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine flour, butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
