Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before cooking.
