  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
